Refund Eligibility
- Time Bracket: You can request a refund within 15 days after delivery.
- Product State: The product is only refundable if it's in its original state, with all necessary packaging material and accessories, and must be unopened.
- Purchase proof: To fulfill a refund request, you must present valid proof of your purchase, such as receipts.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any order that is custom-made or specially configured will not be refunded.
- Software and digital products won't be refunded if they've already been loaded, activated/logged in.
- Any accessories, such as connectors and cables, which are opened.
Steps to Request a Refund
- Get in Touch: To start the process of your refund, get in touch with our customer care team via our website; you'll have to provide authentic order details and a genuine reason for the return.
- Return Merchandise Authorization: If your refund request gets approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). This number needs to be mentioned on the returned product package.
- Product Shipment: You must cover the expense of shipping the product back to our warehouse. To avoid inconvenience, kindly opt for a trackable shipping service.
Refund Proceedings
- We start the refund process once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and the return conditions are met.
- We offer the refund using the same payment method that you used for payment.
- Kindly give us 10 business days to process your refund once we have received the returned item.
Exceptional Cases
- In case you receive a defective item, kindly contact our customer service team for instructions. We will cover the expense of returning the product and will also provide a full refund or exchange.
Product Return Fee
A product return fee is applicable. This fee is deducted from your refund amount and usually equals 25% of the product's price, depending on the return item's state.
