SHIPPING POLICY
The Hardware Box is an Austin-based IT Hardware Store responsible for collecting taxes unless the customer has valid tax exemption documents for the product. To avoid inconvenience, customers should provide information about this document.
Delivery Duration:
After you place an order, we aim to dispatch your items within 24 hours. Our delivery partners, FedEx and USPS, start the shipment process from our warehouses in the United States, the European Union, the Middle East, and Asia.
Delivery Options And Their Submission Deadlines:
No-Cost Ground Delivery : No-cost ground Delivery will take only 3-7 business days in the US. Depending on the location, orders are shipped through our shipping partners: FedEx and USPS ( Excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.
2-Day FedEx Service : FedEx only offers a 2-day delivery service in the US. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.
Overnight Standard Service: Single-day deliveries are only for the US. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.
Urgent Overnight Service: Single-day deliveries are only for the US. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time. The overnight delivery schedule starts by 10:30 AM the following Day. FedEx P1 provides urgent overnight services, depending on the location.
Global Shipping Service: FedEx International Economy Shipping delivers all international orders. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.
Puerto Rico/Canada: Orders for Canada and Puerto Rico are delivered using FedEx International Economy Shipping. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.
Saturday: Deliveries on Saturday are possible for the US only if the order is placed on Friday. The cut-off time is 12 PM Central Time. Saturday Deliveries are made through the FedEx Saturday Delivery Shipping method.
Saturday: If the order is placed on Friday, it will be shipped on Saturday.
AM Next-Day: The delivery process will start by 10:00 AM onwards.
Next Day: Deliveries will be shipped the next business Day.
2-Day: Deliveries are made in 2 days.
3-Day: Deliveries are made in 3 days.
No-Cost Ground is free if the shipment is for the US only and weighs less than 10 lbs. Depending on the shipment address, delivery can take 1 to 7 working days. The Hardware Box is an Austin-based corporation, but it has business partners and warehouses in other states, so shipments are made in locations other than Texas, too.
Product Delivery After Cut-Off Time
If the customer wants their shipment delivered after the cut-off time, they can contact our sales or support departments to explore this possibility. We will ensure that we assist in any way possible.
Delays in Shipment
- No shipments are dispatched on important/public holidays and weekends, though guaranteed transit time is covered by guaranteed shipping services.
- You can expect a one-day delay (rarely) if order processing takes time.
- There are no guarantees for shipping durations for deliveries in Canada, Puerto Rico, or other international areas.
If our carriers encounter unexpected weather conditions or world events, the company will not be held responsible. We do not take responsibility for the carrier’s delivery time. Shipping compensation will not be provided if the carrier delays the shipment.
